I will introduce the 4th Main Match.
Sword and Shield will be played in teams of 5 and the first team to defeat the other team's Leader will win the match.
Verita and Falso teams will be formed through a draft and each team will have their leader randomly decided. The Leaders will know they are a leader but nobody else will be told.
Each team has their own private board to talk amongst themselves and decide their order and weapon choices.
There are 5 weapons:
The first is a Sword. Picking an opposing player to attack with this weapon will damage them once.
The second is Dual Swords. Picking an opposing player to attack with this weapon will damage them twice.
The third is a Shield. The shield can defend against 3 damage before it is destroyed.
The fourth is Bare-Hands. This weapon has no defense or attack capabilities.
The fifth is the Rapier. When defending with the rapier, your opponent will suffer the same amount of damage as you The rapier can only defend against 1 damage before it is destroyed. When attacking with the rapier, it will damage the opponent once like a Sword, however if it is blocked with a shield, the rapier will break.
Each team will receive 5 Swords, 1 Dual swords, 1 Rapier. 3 Shields and 5 Bare-Hands. You will divide these up so that each player has 2 weapons (there will be some spare). You will assign your weapons to each hand (you may do this privately) Left or Right.
After choosing your weapons, each team will decide their attack order. Beginning with the starting team, each team will alternate turns to attack in order.
During an attacking player's turn they will pick an opposing player to attack. The attacking player's true weapon will not be revealed.
For example, you may declare that you are attacking with their Left Hand Dual Swords, when in fact you have Shield and Bare-Hands equipped.
The person you attacked will also defend without revealing their weapon.
In other words, you may attack and defend by lying.
However, if you think a player is lying you may Challenge them on their declaration. If you challenge them, the weapon you challenged will be revealed. If the revealed weapon isn't the weapon they declared, they lose that weapon. If they declared truthfully they must deposit the weapon into their leftover stockpile and draw a new weapon at random, then the player challenging must reveal and lose a weapon of their choice.
You may instead pay a Garnet and choose your weapon from the stockpile
If you are attacked and are not able to block the damage, you lose the weapon you defended with. If you lose both of your weapons, you die.
If you do not wish to attack, you may pass. You may only attack once per round and a round finishes when every player has attacked once. When the leader is killed, the match is over.
The winners will all receive 2 Garnets and a Token of Life. The winning team will also choose the elimination candidate from the losing team.
