Jinho , Yuram has just informed me that work has become very intense and she could be 15-20 minutes late, is this ok with you? Ok.

I think a 5 minute turn at least at the beginning should be allowed. At least for the first few rounds. It would be a shame to put more effort into making the move than into thinking the move. But I am willing to go with the 3. Happy to allow 5 for the first 30 minutes if that's preferable, but we don't want to be here all night like last time The rules re:timing are up to you guys really.

I would be happy with 5 minute turns for the first 6 turns (that is 3 turns each). If Yuram agrees as well, I'll asume this is what we're doing.

I'm going to be on mobile until almost 10 and won't be able to do this challenge with the required formatting while on my phone - didn't realise this would be how we would do it. Can we push it back until 10?

We can find an alternative if you need it and Jinho's ok with interpreting your moves?
I'd rather not do 10 as I am busy after 11 (unless you guys trust yourselves to run this challenge solo?)
As far as I'm aware the entirety of the rules are in the OP and there is little that can be interpreted otherwise and no single-case scenarios that would need special ruling. As long as you both agree to keep each other in check the board is in your hands.

So, for an example first turn (and we always assume that the directions are from the exact same top-down view of the board that we have):
Yuram:
And then you post your turn updated for both turns (and preferably also announce your move)
And Yuram posts:
and so on.

Well, how about we both post something like this within the 3 minutes and then I do the formatting for both players without being under pressure from the clock? I've been doing a bit of practice in my thread and I can tell you, formatting those moves is awkward as shit, it takes some time and effort and I'm happy to not time that and just focus on the moves during that interval.

Again, given the circumstances the timing rules are entirely within your hands. As long as you both agree to move quickly and not hold things up you can remove time-restrictions entirely. As long as someone isn't taking 8+ minutes per turn I actually don't care whether there's a time rule or not.

If you like, you can both post text, and I will update the board after every 2nd turn (Jinho's turn) up until I have to leave?

All good. And that's completely fair, no time pressure when you're updating the board. All this being said, Yuram, first move whenever you're ready.
