The problem with this is only 20 minutes to get a majority of people all in with a plan, or else there's no point if it falls apart right at the beginning.

well, 20 minutes for round 1. You could forego the high chance of being wrong in round 1 for a higher chance of being correct in later rounds. How you use the full hour is up to you  ] Of course a real genius would have a perfect score  |
