I will introduce the 5th Main Match
(Yes, I made this up myself, hence the extra early reveal. Just to get questions and stuff out of the way as early as possible) PM's are still off until 8:30 of course. But feel free to post thoughts in your confessional.
Players will earn points by correctly identifying the "blind" player in each round and the player with the most points after the final round will win.
Each round, all 9 players will be given a specific piece of information. The blind player's information will be false and not fit in with the information given to the other 8 players.
There will be 9 rounds, with the blind player changing every round. No player will be the blind player more than once. You will not know if you are blind.
Correctly identifying the blind player in rounds 1, 2 and 3 will earn you 7 points, in rounds 4, 5 and 6 this will earn you 5 points and in rounds 7, 8 and 9 this will earn you 3 points.
If you are not the blind player for a round, you will earn 1 point for every 2 players that incorrectly guess you as the blind player. You are allowed to guess yourself.
We will play the rounds in sets of 3. Each set will last an hour but is split into 20 minute segments identifying each round.
In essence, you will have 20 minutes to discuss round 1, 40 minutes to discuss round 2 and 60 minutes to discuss round 3, all in the same hour. It is up to you how you manage your time.
In each round (i.e 20 minute period) you must lodge a vote for the contestant you think is the blind player for that round.
At the end of every set the point totals will be revealed for all players.
At any time, you may spend 3 Garnets to learn the name of the Blind player of a previous round.
At the end of the game, all players will earn 1 Garnet for every 5 points.
After the 9th round, the players with the most points will receive a Token of Life. If there is a sole winner, they will receive two tokens of life.
The player with the least amount of points will become the elimination candidate. If players are tied for the least amount of points, the winner/s will decide the elimination candidate from the tied players.
