I think you're reading a little too much into these. The initial post was simply clarifying that there is in fact a way for people to 100% know, not hinting that she would buy. (in rebuttal to what you had said about there being no way for someone to know for certain)
I admit that some of these do seem potentially suspect but you should also be aware that it could also be a bluff to make the criminals think that information has been purchased. From my reading, nothing has gone over the line. Perhaps my view is different since I have birds-eye-view but I don't see anything wrong with anything that's been said.
