I've been playing both sides on the app. Win rate when second player - 70%. Win rate when first player- 10%. So basically what I take from this, is that I can only win if Eunji sucks. If she's okay at the game, I've already lost. I'm not enough of an expert in the game to overcome the huge disadvantage.

Eunji is playing differently to anything I encountered on the app, which has me quite frazzled. I don't know if she's playing well, or playing poorly.

Sorry I don't do these in time, I just feel so defeated when I'm in a DM and I'm not in the mood to write anything. Forcing myself now. How do you feel about your performance in Border Patrol?I think I did well until the end. I should've searched Kyungran's bag, and I did very much consider it. But in the end I figured I'd feel worse if I lost because I checked, than if I lost because I didn't. And Eunji I assume was playing for me to not get the token, once she realised she'd already lost. So that didn't help matters. I don't see any other reason to try get second place in lumber when she could've done better elsewhere. Foolish move. If she was going to go after someone it should've been the easiest person to beat in a DM. Which very well could have been her reason to pick me. A fatal error for her. Perhaps a shame that Sunggyu lost so quickly, no one got to see my awesome Laser Chess skills and that I am actually decent at games  What do you make of Kyungran's decision to give Hongchul the Token of Life?Expected. If Eunji hadn't lost it may have been a toss up, but as it was, the obvious choice. She was never going to let me have it. Do you feel confident against Eunji in this Death Match?Lol, I'll write as I thought before the match. I have very little confidence in my 12 janggi skills. My only chance is to really think over each move thoroughly and not make any mistakes, and wait for Eunji to make one. I can't for the life of me figure out how to set up a kill. All I'm able to do is lie in wait and pounce on weakness. This isn't like Laser Chess where I felt doomed at first but then the game clicked with me. I just don't get 12 janggi. |
