I will now introduce the 10th Main Match
In this game, players will be given influence over various members of the Queen's court in an attempt to win the Queen's favor.
Each member of the court has a specific ability that affects the other players in different ways.
Each member of the court also has a rank between 1 and 8 indicating their influence with the Queen.
There are 16 members of the Queen's court.
Rank 1: Guards
Rank 2: Maids
Rank 3: Dukes
Rank 4: Bishops
Rank 5: Prince
Rank 6: Princess
Rank 7: King
Rank 8: Queen
There is only one Queen, King and Princess. There are 2 Princes, Bishops, Dukes and Maids, and there are 5 Guards.
Each of you will have one of these court members assigned to you. On each turn you will gain a second court member. You must reveal one of these court members and act out their ability, thus discarding them.
When there are no more court members left to assign, the players will all reveal their current court member and the player with the highest ranking court member will win the round.
However there is another way to win, some of the court member's abilities will cause players to be eliminated from the round. If you are the last player standing, you will also win the round.
The abilities are:
Guard: Guess the court member of another player. If you are correct, that player is eliminated.
Maid: Secretly learn the court member of another player.
Duke: Secretly compare court members with another player. The player with the lower ranked court member is eliminated.
Bishop: The player ignores all effects from other players until their next turn
Prince: Name any player (including yourself), that player must reveal and remove their current court member and gain a new one.
Princess: Name any player other than yourself, you and that player will swap court members.
King: On your turn, you must play this court member if you have the Prince, Princess or Queen as well.
Queen: If you are forced to reveal (play or discard) the Queen, you are eliminated.
At the start of each round, one random court member will be removed. It costs 5 Garnets to see which card has been removed, this can be done at any time.
It costs 5 Garnets to swap cards with the removed court member. This cannot be done on the same turn as looking.
The first player to win three rounds will win the game and two Tokens of Life. The remaining two players will automatically proceed to the Death Match.
Every point gained will be exchanged for 2 Garnets.
