I guess for Eunji we should also go for double X to make sure she can't capture you. And if's 4 X then she will just run ahead with a piece and not matter much.

I think for Eunji, we just keep throwing 2 Xs? That way she can't ever get me, and also, worst case is she has so many turns she takes herself off the board, and then she can't kill me |

Next for you it would make sens to go for double blanks again. They should go for X and blank to avoid you getting 4 of the same kind. We can only push for as many blanks as we can.

Are you sure it wasn't just they capture while getting an extra turn otherwise? In all my research I never saw this rule.

You could unite your two pieces now, if you manage to run away with them, it will be unlikely not to win. But it's a great risk.
