Hongchul is the odds on favourite to win here. With potentially 2/3 games being betting this could easily swing his way, but Ahyoung is no slouch at mind games. Hongchul will need to make full use of his advantages, of which he is looking to receive many.
Ahyoung's biggest strength has been in finding the right allies that have helped her through games, much like the real Kyungran, but even with three Death Matches under her belt I don't know if she has the killer instinct she'll need here. Ahyoung would really have to pull out something special to take this home but I do think she has it in her if she can keep focus. She easily gets too into her own head but she never gets overwhelmed so this will be a hard earned victory if she can pull it out.
I'd be so happy with either winning but I have to say that Hongchul is my pick. I think he has really embodied the spirit of The Genius more than anyone else, and to see him turn from side-character to superfan throughout this game I think it would be a really fitting end to the story of this game. His humour has also kept me sane as I've muddled through a lot of these events so I will be eternally thankful to him.
