1st - Hongchul   Bandage Man Says:It's beyond words to even write the full extent of my feelings towards Hongchul during this game, but if I had to pick one, one word that completely sums up my feelings about you as a character, as a player and as representing Hongchul... it would be Funtastic. See? Not even a real word. Phenomenal, amazing, spectacular, adored, revered, impressed.... nothing can do you justice. I'm hyperboling like a fangirl here and I can't even stop myself. I think it's hilarious and amazing that the first game I ever hosted ever, and the first game I ever hosted solo you won both 
Your quote above really says it all. You started out in this game as a vagabond. You didn't really know what was happening or who was doing what but you were along for the ride. You saw this game called The Genius and you thought "hey, that seems like a lark". You show up, you have a couple missteps, you almost get eliminated for not showing up early on, but then you start to watch the show. You start to get the big picture and really start to settle in and come into your own. You start making bonds, you start playing the game for REAL. You finish the first season and you're hooked, you're messaging me every other week/month about the show and it translates directly into your involvement and passion for the ORG. I couldn't have been happier with the progression and growth you showed throughout your stay in this game. You came in a vagrant and you left a superfan and a winner. It's such a satisfying story. And then just on your day to day performance... it was hilarious! I have never laughed so much while hosting as when I did during Minus Auction with your bingo call-outs. Your one-liners as usual were so clever, so on point and so funny. I don't think I've ever enjoyed watching any one player in a game as a host than I have watching you play this game. It is far beyond what I ever would've thought and on top of ALL of this you were a perfect Hongchul. You were perfect before and after you'd watched the show and at every moment of this game I was so happy to have you be a part of it. And I touched on this briefly during Kyungran's, but I think you more than anyone really embodied what The Genius is all about. You thought outside the box, you played the people as well as the games, and you made things work for you and you alone, while at the same time having that align with what worked for your allies. It was masterful and amazing and I could not be happier to see you become the winner of this game. Thank you for everything, truly. This experience has been a trying one but now that it's all over I can say definitively that it has been worth it. Congratulations Hongchul on winning this, you have deserved every one of those 158 Garnets. I'm just straight up honoured to have gotten to see you play this game and change throughout. |

Don't worry, been criminal is much fun. You will be good at it  What's up Doc? Or should I say TheDoctor23... One day he will learn to spell properly and not make himself obvious to me. And Tom, there's an easy tip for IDing people but be careful what you wish for, it ruins the magic once you don't see them as their character any more so enjoy it! And Katie, learn to spell so you stop IDing yourself to me!! |
