I will post a detailed response to your questions and a reflection on the Main Match in the next couple of days.
As for the Death Match, do I get to know my place in the order first? If my turn is worth 3 points I may approach it differently than if it's worth 1 point, for example.

I want to support Hyunmin as I don't have much of a relationship with Hongchul. I suspect the same is true for most other players so Hyunmin will get more support and be more likely to be the one to return. In case Hongchul wins I won't screw him over, but I'll try to help Hyunmin get an edge on round 4. My sign is  Posts coming next. |

I'm sorry you were chosen for the Death Match! I really want to help you to win. I chose rock.
Since I'm round 4, my understanding is that Hongchul will get to decide to play or bet. I suspect he'll choose to play since I'm going to tell him my sign and maybe not everyone will do that. If you feel he trusts me and is playing paper (I think it's likely) you can bet all or a lot of your chips and come out well ahead of him. He'll only get 1 point.

Hey Hongchul! Good luck in the Death Match! I'm in round 4 so I think you'll be the one playing against me. It's only worth 1 point, but you should play paper as I have chosen rock. I'm telling you as I have no reason to screw you over and I hope we can work together in the future. Not sure what further help I can be! Hopefully see you on the other side  |

I never got around to discussing the last Main Match and it's been so long I can't remember the details off the top of my head. Basically I learned from the first round to tell my times to everyone I was in a group or one-on-one conversation with, and somehow that was enough to stumble into a shared victory. I didn't do anything fancy, but it tells me there was enough goodwill towards me that people did avoid blocking my shows most of the time  Really excited to see tonight's Main Match! |
