Ok I'm going to have to make an executive decision here and call off tonight's game. I am just not able to do it, then there's the DST stuff and overall I think that ending at 12:30am on a sunday night/monday morning is a little insane, and that's only a bare minimum time assuming everything runs perfect (which lets be real...)
BUT as a compromise we will be having a dinner party for all to attend. PM's will be on for a full three hours (9:30pm until 12:30am) for you all to talk, strategise, get to know each other etc. The time is yours to do whatever you like.

I am truly sorry for the delays of this game but I hope that you guys would rather a well-planned, non-confusing, host-ready event rather than just trying to smush everything together. And since we're all about having fun and hopefully this will be fun, things will all turn out ok.
