When you LOSE a weapon, the weapon is gone. It does not return to the pool of weapons. Ahyoung's Sword is gone forever.
When you are challenge and you were truthful, your weapon goes into the pool of weapons and you draw anew randomly from those weapons. If you pay a Garnet, you can choose from the pool of weapons rather than randomly.
