Well, it's a good thing you changed from double blank to double X. She won't be able to go back, that's what we're here to stop For my turn, I'm thinking of going with double blanks. Best case scenario, I capture Kyungran. Worst case scenario, I capture Eunji. Second best case scenario, I get an extra turn and on that extra turn I throw one of each. And then, best case scenario, I get two blanks which means I first capture Kyungran and then move 4 a second piece. Second best, I get to move one back which means I first move 4 and then capture Eunji. Worst case scenario, I get to move another 3 which means I capture Eunji first and then I have to move a new piece another 4. So if I follow this plan, my best chance is to capture Kyungran and get another piece 4 spaces from the start. Worst case scenario is to just capture Eunji. Still it sounds like a win-win situation.

Yeah, so I'll try to speed this up a bit. Bandage ManMy throw will be two blanks. If I get an extra turn, my second throw will be one of each.

Yeah, so I'll try to speed this up a bit. Bandage Man My throw will be two blanks. If I get an extra turn, my second throw will be one of each. So in order for you to not have to wait for me tomorrow, I'll cover ever option. As mentioned, if I get an extra turn, I will throw one of each. After that, if I get to move one backward, I will first move a piece 4 spaces and then move that same piece backwards. If I get to move two, I will first move a piece 2 spaces and then move a new piece 4 spaces. If I get to move three, I will move one piece 3 spaces and then move a second piece 4 spaces. Good night

These moves are for this turn correct?

If we do get a second move and it's not too late to change, I think it may be better to leave one behind? So that it's still there to catch Kyungran.

I don't intend to go away with both of them. As long as they are both within the 4 first spaces, I can use them on her pieces, and there's always a chance for one of mine to get captured and sent back.
If I would use all the movement on just one piece, that one could potentially be lost in front with no part on the action just like Eunji's piece is now.

One of each for Eunji seems the move to do?

Yeah, seems reasonable. Worst case scenario, she captures me and we're back where we were before last round. Best case scenario, she captures Kyungran. And middle case scenario she'll just move one back with the existing piece (though I wouldn't really like that scenario because it wouldn't allow us to spam double blanks on her like we've talked a way back).

She won't capture Kyungran, she'd just move her middle piece. I'm not sure if she'd capture you or try get her other piece closer to me if she got three. Bandage Man I'll do one of each please.

Yeah, I've missed that option... We'll see what happens.
For your turn, is it still on with the double blanks plan or do you want to try something fancy?

I haven't decided yet. They'll probably expect me to do double blanks, but would they really want to risk me not doing it? I suppose they could go with double X since it's a safe assumption that I'll do doubles one way or the other, and at least that way they get another turn to stop me if I really did try go backwards.

I don't know, if Kyungran moves one back on the next turn, I know I wouldn't want to give her the slightest chance to finish by going one more back. I know the likely outcome is her moving 4 and getting another turn but it's still better than finishing just like that.
I expect they will think the same way so if I were you, I'd go for 2 double blanks and on the third attempt I'd pull a double X.
On that not, maybe on Kyungran's turn we could give her one double blank just so she won't get into this position of power.

I'm worried about Kyungran getting heaps of extra turns off us though. She'll know we don't want her to move backwards right now. At some point we have to stop double blanks or we're just helping her get to the finish the other way. But then she could really go backwards. I don't know! I'm so torn for both our turns.
