The jury game and this one are my most traumatising games! Going on for so long and not knowing if I'm safe. I'm not going to miss that part But I'm glad I've got you on my side in this one at least

So OO for Kyungran right? That was unfortunate If Eunji leaves her piece there in the middle and moves the new one instead, I think I might be okay? Because I either move two and get the corner, or three and get her. But probably she would move it to keep it safe.

She can win in 4 turns given what we have to do to stop her going backwards. If she combines pieces this turn, then gets 4-3 next turn so she takes the corner and then the middle corner. But hopefully you could get her before she manages that.

Double blanks for Kyungran. If she combined pieces, on the next turn I throw double X. I either get her out get an extra turn. If I get another turn, I throw another double X and I either get her out get Eunji and clear the path for you.
As long as she has combined pieces we won't let her go backwards and forward I don't think she will have a chance to catch up especially since I will keep harassing her.

Your scenario with 4-3 is assuming everything that can go wrong will go wrong and we can't still stop her with a double x so she won't get that 3.

I always think of the worst case scenario If she goes 4-3 on this turn instead of combining she'll be 2 in front of me at least. Bandage Man OO please for Kyungran's turn.

It doesn't really make sense for her to not combine here so for your turn, just XX again and again? They'll probably do the same though so we need to figure out the right time to switch it up.

Ideally you could get her AND Eunji out.

If I do get two XXXX, they will expect me to change right after so instead I will throw another XX and only then change to XO.
But what if I get two XXXX or more and a XXOO? I'll have to decide whether to get Kyungran or Eunji. Who would you rather have out of the board?

I think Kyungran in that case? Because if you don't get her she's very close to a win. Even if Eunji got me, at least Kyungran is back at the beginning?

Oh that's interesting, she moved the existing piece. Combining the pieces was definitely extremely risky but I thought she'd do it out of desperation. Or just not think it through She's going to miss the corner with her piece now, but I guess she just wants it out of harm's way and is hoping Eunji can get my piece. So that changes everything for your turn! Idk, what do you want to do? They'll do one of each for sure, OOOO means you get her and XXXX + XXXO means the same.

I think one of each as that will put you on the corner and you can attempt to catch Eunji later on?

I can't explain why she didn't unite her pieces, it was her best shot rather than trying to catch up with two separate pieces to your huge lead.
I am thinking more of doing the original XX plan again even if I can't catch Kyungran anymore. I know there is a high chance of them throwing XO because it's the only option that's 100% safe. But they know this as well so they might try to confuse me with another throw.
If I throw XO as you suggested, most likely I will end up on the corner like you said. But there is also a chance I might jump over the corner or that I move one back if the decide to go fancy. If I do end up on the corner, I'll have a lot of catching up to do before I can get Eunji, with conservative moves, she will most likely catch you (or rather force you to finish) before I get a chance to become a problem for her.
However, if I throw XX, most likely I'll move one back which won't be as good as moving on the corner. But there is also a chance to move two forward and end up on the corner as well. But the real "prize" would be a XXXX which means I can get on the corner with the new piece and also get the extra turn. And on that extra turn with XXXX or XXOO I get Eunji and with XXXO or OOOO I get Kyungran so I'll have 4/5 chance to do extreme damage.
I am thinking of the risk and benefit here. Even if I know there is a very slim chance they would allow me to get XXXX I'd be willing to take a chance especially since all I risk is not getting on the corner on this turn which I can live with.
